I was in a car accident 30 years ago. Left me with a herniated disk.


And here I was… A professional dancer that couldn’t even bend down… No way was I going to let that happen.

My partner Kirk recommended trying yoga. And for the first time in months… I had finally found relief.

So Kirk and I took things in our own hands. We studied the science. Took countless programs.
